These terms are between you and MrSoftware Pty Ltd (ABN 64 162 662 697) ("MrSoftware", "LoomWeb", "we", "us"), the operator of LoomWeb.
LoomWeb is managed website infrastructure for AI coding agents. We provision a private GitHub repository in your own GitHub account, build every push you or your agent makes, and serve the resulting static site over HTTPS with deployment history, rollback, custom domains and SSL certificates.
Your LoomWeb account is created from your GitHub identity when you sign in with GitHub. We receive scoped repository access via OAuth — never your GitHub password. The repository we provision is created in your own GitHub account and remains yours. You may revoke LoomWeb's GitHub access at any time from GitHub.
Signup has two steps: signing in with GitHub, and activating a 14-day free trial by providing payment card details. No payment is taken at signup — the card is stored to activate the trial, not charged.
When the trial ends, the plan you chose during signup begins billing automatically. Before signup completes, you must actively confirm a plain-language consent stating the plan, the price, and the date billing begins. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, and this consent is not buried in fine print.
Payment card details are captured through a hosted, tokenised flow and stored by BSimple, our billing system. LoomWeb never receives or stores raw card numbers or CVV. Billing, invoicing and payment processing run through BSimple, and charges appear on your statement as MrSoftware Pty Ltd, ABN 64 162 662 697. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Cancelling is self-serve and immediate from the customer portal. Before your trial ends, cancelling closes the trial and no money is ever charged. After your paid plan has started, cancelling stops all future billing; amounts already billed for the current month are not refunded. In either case your GitHub repository and your source code are unaffected — they were always in your own GitHub account.
Hosted access to your site winds down after cancellation in line with the retention period described at cancellation. You can reactivate or deploy your code elsewhere at any time.
You own your repository, your code and your site content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to build, host and serve your site while the service is active. You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable law.
You may not use LoomWeb to host content that is unlawful in Australia, infringes others' rights, distributes malware, or attacks our infrastructure or other customers. We may suspend a site that violates these rules, with notice where practicable.
We operate the service with care and monitor it continuously, but we do not promise a specific uptime percentage or service-level credit. If something breaks, we fix it — and you can always roll back to a previous release yourself.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes that affect your billing or your rights, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or through the portal before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
