Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your GitHub identity. When you sign in with GitHub we receive your GitHub username, email address and account identifier. Your LoomWeb account is created from this identity.
• Your repository content. We read the repositories we manage in order to build and serve your site. Your repositories live in your own GitHub account.
• Operational logs. Build records, deploy history, and standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability.
• Billing records. Your plan, trial dates, and the payment-method reference stored by our billing system, BSimple.
• Contact messages. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

2. What we never receive: your card details

Payment cards are captured through a hosted, tokenised flow and stored by BSimple, our billing system. Raw card numbers and CVV never pass through LoomWeb systems and are never stored by us. We see only a payment-method reference and a payment state. Charges are made by MrSoftware Pty Ltd, ABN 64 162 662 697.

3. How your GitHub data is handled

We access your repositories with scoped OAuth credentials — never your GitHub password. We read repository content to validate and build your site, and we receive push notifications to trigger deploys. You can revoke our GitHub access at any time from your GitHub account settings; your repository remains in your account regardless.

4. Analytics

Sites hosted on LoomWeb use first-party analytics: page-view data is collected for site owners without third-party advertising trackers. We analyse aggregate, non-identifying traffic patterns on this site to improve it.

5. Who can see your data

Our staff and systems access customer data only to operate the service — provisioning, builds, support you request, and billing. Our billing processor is BSimple; our hosting runs on infrastructure we operate. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Retention and cancellation

When you cancel, billing stops. Your GitHub repository and code are unaffected — they are in your own account. We retain operational records (billing history, invoices) as required by Australian law, and delete hosted site data in line with the retention period described at cancellation. You can request deletion of remaining personal data by writing to us.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@loomweb.co. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email or through the portal before the change takes effect.
